Together with Dimas,
Partner develops blades for cutting jobs and machines of all types. The
blade’s properties are determined by the application, the material
it is going to cut and the machine in which it is going to be used. With
our long experience, we know what properties are best suited to various
purposes.
In order to cover all variants and types of work, we have created a comprehensive
range of blades that are ideally suited to each work duty. As the right
type of segment is decisive for the end result, we take great care with
the choice of diamonds and the material in the segments. By optimizing the
properties, our blades can work effectively in every application.
Twinweld™
With TwinWeld welding, the sintered segments are welded onto the main part
of the blade from both sides simultaneously. This minimizes the risk of
tension in the welds which can cause distortion and wobbling.
Spraytec™
The manufacture of the SprayTec™ blade involves a mix of diamonds
and metallic powder being blown out in the form of a dry spray. This spray
is intercepted by a laser beam which melts the metal powder and bonds
it onto the blade. Because the segments are made in a single manufacturing
step, the result is an extremely durable blade with very good cutting
characteristics.
Diamond blades for dry cutting
The extensive Dimas range of diamond blades caters for most cutting needs,
from the hardest granite to green concrete and asphalt. The synthetic
diamonds used in the segments are of the highest quality and are stronger
than natural diamonds. The diamonds are mixed with other materials and
sintered together to form the cutting segments. The precise composition
of this mix determines the segment hardness and the suitability of the
blade for specific applications.
Diamond blades for wet cutting
Our diamond blades for dry cutting can be used with water for cooling
and dust control, but we also have a wide range of special blades for
wet cutting.
Ringsaw
blades
The patented ring blades for the Partner K3500, K3600 and Partner K 950
Ring are available in several hardness grades for various cutting applications.
The blades are adapted to the high output and tough operation which a
ringsaw allows.
