Commercial Swing Gate operator for
use in high traffic applications. This is our most popular commercial
swing gate operator.The CSW-2000-UL is designed for high
traffic applications such as heavily accessed gated communities and commercial
buildings. It is capable of handling gates up to 600 lbs. and 18' at 75
cycles per hour with normal ambient temperatures. The most popular of all
swing gate operating systems nationwide, it is designed with the "non-scissor

ELECTRICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Alarm If the gate hits a vehicle twice while opening or closing, the system
will shut down and an alarm will sound for five minutes. After five minutes,
the system will automatically reset itself. To reset the system manually,
a reset button must be used

Dual Motor Swing Gate Operator (1/2hp)
Commercial Swing Gate Operator with two 1/2 hp motors. One motor opens the gate, the other closes it. The CSW-200-UL-DM™ uses a unique, patented, dual motor feature. One motor opens the gate and the other one closes it, unlike any other operator in the world. Because of this feature the operator can function in less than ideal conditions, such as desert environments, and not overheat the motors. The CSW-200-UL-DM™ is specified for use at heavily accessed high traffic areas such as multiple family communities with 250 or more homes in high ambient temperature applications. Heavy Duty, One HP Swing Gate Operator
Commercial Swing Gate Operator with
two 1/2 hp motors that work in conjunction giving this machine 1hp for use
on heavy gates. The CSW-200-UL-1HP is our most powerful swing
gate operator. It is designed for large, heavy gates on condominiums and
commercial buildings. It delivers 250 pounds of pulling torque and is capable
of 60 cycles per hour on gates up to 1000 pounds and 20 feet in length.
The unit is equipped with two 1/2 hp motors which operate a heavy duty double
